Our Return Policy
We are well aware of how difficult a decision it can be to purchase supplements from the internet. We would like you to be completely confident and at ease with our doctor-developed products. If you are not satisfied during the first three months after purchasing our products simply send it back and the following will be refunded: All unopened bottles will be given a 100% refund. In addition, one (1) opened bottle of any product will also be given a 100% refund (Please send back opened bottles, including empty ones in order to get full refund). There is no refund for shipping and handling, and no refund on more than one opened bottle of the same product. This warranty is good for three months from the date of purchase, with no questions asked.
Shipping and Handling on returns are not refundable.
Instruction for product return:
Please enclose a copy of your packing slip or a copy of your order you received via email at the time of your
purchase. We will credit back your card what you actually paid for the product(s) minus shipping and handling
charges. Please allow us some processing time ((typically about 2 weeks after receiving your package) for the
return and for the posting of the credit to your card.
Refused Shipments:
The unconditional money back guarantee does not apply to refused shipments. Buyers who refuse to accept
delivery of their shipment will be subject to a 15% restocking charge.
