Product Order

There are 4 ways to purchase from us:

1. Call toll-free 1-888-485-1090 (for customers in the USA), or 1-714-897-2757 (International customers)
2. Using our secure on-line order system (www.fumanatural.com)
3. Fax your order to 1-714-897-2758 with complete billing and shipping information.
4. We also accept mail orders by personal checks and money orders (USA customers only).

Payment and Order Processing:

Payments: We accept - PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express, as well as, personal checks and money orders from US financial institutions.
We try to process orders as soon as possible. Orders placed before 2 PM (Pacific Time) are usually ship on same day, orders placed after 2 PM will be shipped on next business day. If you need a package on a specific day/date let us know either when placing the order or make a notation on your online order.
Sale Tax: California residents will be charged with current sale tax rate (8.75%).

Shipping Information:

Domestic: All orders within USA will be shipped either by UPS, DHL or USPS priority mail.
We offer following shipping options:
1. Standard (2-5 business days). A flat rate of $9.50 Shipping and Handling will be charged per order.
2. Next Day Air and 2nd Day Air shipping options are available upon request.
Orders for products placed for Friday overnight will not arrive until Monday. We cannot ship overnight any shipment to PO Boxes.

International: Orders from International customers outside the USA will be shipped by USPS Global Priority Mail. Delivery time vary (7 to 14 business days) depending on the country of destination.
Shipping rates:
For 1-2 bottles, a flat rate of $39.95 (Shipping and Handling included) will be charged per order.
For 3 or more bottles, a quote of actual shipping cost will be sent to customer by email prior to order processing.
For faster service, we can ship by DHL, UPS or FedEx International Express. Please contact us for exact shipping charge by this option.

Special note to international customers outside USA:Certain countries impose import duty or tax (such as VAT) on purchased products. The additional charge is not included in the product cost and regular shipping charges. You might need to pay import duty/tax prior to the delivery/release of the shipment. The import duty/tax is usually collected by the shipping company on behalf of the country's customs. Please check with your country's customs to determine whether import duty/tax is expected .We do not declare product values in the shipments below the actual purchased cost or mark items in the shipment as gifts. US and International government regulations prohibit such behavior.

Our Return Policy:

We are well aware of how difficult a decision it can be to purchase supplements from the internet. We would like you to be completely confident and at ease with our doctor-developed products. If you are not satisfied during the first three months after purchasing our products simply send it back and the following will be refunded: All unopened bottles will be given a 100% refund. In addition, one (1) opened bottle of any product will also be given a 100% refund (Please send back opened bottles, including empty ones in order to get full refund). There is no refund for shipping and handling, and no refund on more than one opened bottle of the same product. This warranty is good for three months from the date of purchase, with no questions asked.
Shipping and Handling on returns are not refundable.
